Since the establishment of her business, Service Counts!, in 2005, Mary has been sought after by leading organizations in hospitality, healthcare, finance, municipalities and manufacturing. Her valuable consultancy services have encompassed Service Leadership, Guest Experience Evaluations, Team Building, Manager Retreats, and anarray of training seminars and activities for individuals at all levels.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Mary carved a successful career with prestigious organizations such as Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, The Disney Institute, Marriott, Sheraton, and the Olive Garden. Her vast experience includes extensive research, program design, and delivery of training programs for hospitality managers. She also spearheaded the Guest Satisfaction and Performance Plus programs at a Four-Star/Four-Diamond resort, diligently ensuring AAA and Mobil standard compliance while providing comprehensive training to front-line employees.
